We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you need to return it to us please read the information below.
1. We must be notified within 14 days of arrival of your purchase.
2. Damaged items. Our items are well packed but occasionally a box is damaged in shipping. If an item arrives damaged please immediately take photos of the box so we can show it was damaged in shipping, along with a photo of the damage to the item and send to us by e mail at:
gardenofbuddhas@gmail.com.
We will confirm receipt of your e mail and give you information for where to return the item and send you a new statue as quickly as possible.
3. Other: If the item you receive is not what you thought you were going to receive and you want to return it, send us an e mail telling us the problem and we will send you the address to return it to, which may be different from the address on the box.
A. You will need to pay the return shipping. (Apologies, as you can see, we are a small company and can not incure the cost of return shipping.)
B. The statue must be returned well wrapped in the original materials and in condition you received it.
We will refund the cost of the item and the charge for shipping it to you, if it arrives in the same condition we shipped it in.
We hope you are happy with what you have ordered from us and none of this is necessary!
